Terms of Use

1. Operational Scope

Audit Avengers operates as an inventory verification and stock counting platform. We provide practical field exposure opportunities for students (B.Com, CA Inter, CMA, CEC, MEC, and MBA) to conduct physical verifications at verified warehouses, retail outlets, and manufacturing facilities under professional oversight.

2. Auditor Registration and Security

To use the Auditor Portal, you must onboard by providing accurate and complete academic and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.

Auditor profiles are validated via email verification OTP. Subsequent portal entries require mobile numbers and passwords. Sharing your access credentials or representing another individual on-site is strictly prohibited and will lead to account suspension.

3. Code of Conduct on Site

When assigned to an audit slot, auditors are expected to uphold the highest standard of professional ethics:

  • Accuracy: All counts logged on ground sheets must represent actual physical counts. Any intentional padding or falsification of data is grounds for immediate termination.
  • Attendance: Auditors must check-in on location using secure GPS tags. Absenteeism or failing to report to site without a 24-hour prior notice will cancel the placement.
  • Confidentiality: Stock details, warehouse locations, product rates, and discrepancies found are proprietary business information. Auditors must not photograph non-relevant sections, share files, or disclose client names.

4. Compensation & Payouts

Compensation rates are listed per-day for each audit. Payouts are processed via UPI once:

  • The auditor submits the structured Ground Sheet complete with GPS coordinates and evidence notes.
  • The Senior Auditor/Lead reviews and approves the report entries.

Approved payouts are released to the registered UPI ID within 24–48 hours of audit completion.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any auditor profile for violation of these Terms of Use, failure of audit duties, or suspicious/fraudulent activity.

6. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
